Anti-monopoly guidelines for platform operators finalized
China's antitrust regulators have finalized the country's first anti-monopoly guidelines for online platform operators. On Feb. 7, the Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council issued the Anti-Monopoly Guidelines for the Platform Economy Sector (关于平台经济领域的反垄断指南). The draft guidelines were published in November.
