We have formulated these Provisions pursuant to relevant laws such as the PRC Anti-Unfair Competition Law and the PRC Civil Procedure Law,  and in light of adjudication realities in order to correctly try civil trade secret infringement cases.

为正确审理侵犯商业秘密民事案件，根据《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》等有关法律规定，结合审判实际，制定本规定。
