–          restriction of the production of parts and components bearing dual marks or signs: except as provided in the OEM agreement, a vehicle maker with a dominant position in its brand vehicle after-sales market restricts, without a legitimate reason, a maker of original parts for its vehicles from producing parts and components that bear dual marks or signs;
