Effective: as of date of issuance
Main contents: A qualified company listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) may apply to transfer to and list on the Star Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange or the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Section Two (1)).
Such enterprise shall be a New Third Board select layer listed company and has been listed on such layer for a consecutive period of at least one year. An NEEQ listed company wishing to transfer to, and list on, another board shall satisfy the listing conditions of the board to which it proposes to transfer. Transfer and listing conditions shall remain essentially identical to the conditions for an initial public offering and listing (Section Two (2)).
The transfer to, and listing on, another board shall not, in accordance with the law, require approval or registration by the CSRC, with the review therefor conducted and the decision thereon rendered by the Shanghai Stock Exchange or Shenzhen Stock Exchange in accordance with its listing rules (Section Two (3)).
