Mutual funds are allowed to invest in China's new third board

Main contents: A fund that invests in listed stocks shall be either a stock fund or hybrid fund (Article 4).

Fund property may only be invested in select layer stocks (Article 5).

Fund managers and fund custodians shall use the fair value method to value listed stocks.

A fund manager may use the side pocket mechanism once it has carried out the statutory procedure (Article 7).
