Main contents: If a listed company affected by the epidemic cannot punctually disclose its performance forecast or financial preview, it may apply to the stock exchange for a postponement; or if it cannot disclose its 2019 annual report by the originally specified date, it may apply to the stock exchange for a postponement until April 30, 2020 at the latest (Article 20).
If a company is genuinely unable to punctually update its financial information or issue a shareholders' general meeting notice due to being affected by the epidemic, it may, after fully disclosing the specific impact of the epidemic on its contemplated restructuring, apply for a one month extension of the period of validity of its financial information or of the date of notice of its shareholders' general meeting, and may make such applications up to a maximum of three times (Article 21).
