Effective: as of date of promulgation
Main contents: When applying to establish a futures company, its registered capital shall not be less than Rmb100 million (Article 6).
Where a major shareholder of a futures company is a legal person or an organization without legal personality, both its paid-in capital and net assets shall not be less than Rmb100 million (Article 7).
The net capital of the controlling shareholder or largest shareholder of a futures company shall not be less than Rmb500 million or its net assets shall not be less than Rmb1 billion (Article 9).
