Main contents: The private sector is encouraged to establish online educational institutions, and intensive cooperation between internet enterprises and online educational institutions in comprehensively applying big data analysis, cloud computing and other such means to fully unearth new educational demand is supported (Article 4).
The radiating effect of teaching resources such as online classes by famous schools and famous professors will be expanded, and qualified online courses will be incorporated into the educational and teaching system (Article 5).
Online educational enterprises are encouraged to establish research and development institutions and experimental centers in vocational institutions and ordinary institutions of higher learning. The application of new technologies such as smart teaching assistants and artificially intelligent instructors in the educational field will be strengthened (Article 7).
