China Securities Regulatory Commission, Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosures by Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds
The Measures consist of eight parts divided up into 42 articles. The new amendments mostly involve the following: (1) optimizing the designated information disclosure media system, and simplifying the content to be disclosed in newspapers and periodicals; and (2) emphasizing conciseness and availability, and introducing fund product information overviews.

A resident representative office of a foreign exchange may only exclusively engages in not-for-profit activities, such as liaison and research. A foreign exchange is required to complete record filing procedures with the agency of the China Securities Regulatory Commission of the place where its representative office is located.

A commercial bank may entrust its custodian to handle the following equity management matters on its behalf:
(1) provide equity information search services to the commercial bank and its shareholders; and
(2) handle the issuance, reporting of the loss, and reissuance of equity certificates and the issuance of equity-related supporting documents.
