Undisclosed information in securities trading is defined, the underlying assets of a pooled fund trust in which insurance capital may be invested are limited and off-campus online education is subject to record filing.

Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate, Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Law in the Handling of Criminal Cases Involving the Use of Undisclosed Information to Trade

The "undisclosed information other than insider information" specified in the fourth paragraph of Article 180 of the Criminal Law includes the following information:

  • information on securities or futures investment decision-making or execution of securities or futures transactions;
  • information on the number of open securities positions and changes therein, amount of funds and changes therein and trading trends; and
  • other information that could influence securities or futures trading activities.

General Office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, Circular on Matters Relevant to the Investment of Insurance Capital in Pooled Fund Trusts

The underlying assets of a pooled fund trust in which insurance capital is invested shall be limited to non-standardized debt assets, unlisted equity assets and other assets recognized by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the investment orientation of such a trust shall comply with the state's macroeconomic policy, industrial policy and regulatory policy.

Once an off-campus online training institution has secured proof of ICP record filing (where engagement in the provision of telecommunications services is involved, a telecommunications service operating permit shall additionally be applied for) and of cybersecurity grade protection determination record filing and a grade testing and evaluation report, it shall submit the relevant materials and apply for record filing to the provincial-level education administrative department of the place where it is domiciled.
