Main contents: A transaction for residential premises shall be based on the interior usable area (2.4.6).

Newly constructed urban residential premises shall be delivered fully fitted out, i.e. the fixed surfaces of all functional spaces shall be surfaced or painted, the water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, gas, lighting, power supply and other such systems shall essentially be fully installed and the basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom shall be fully installed, and satisfy basic use standards (2.3.2).

Residential buildings of at least four stories or newly constructed residential buildings where the residence entrance floor is at least nine meters above the exterior designed ground level shall have elevators installed (7.5.1).
