Main contents: An employer or human resources service firm may not, in the course of drafting its recruitment plan, publishing recruitment information and hiring, restrict the gender of the person (except in circumstances where the state forbids work by women) or favor one gender over the other, may not restrict the seeking of employment or employment of women on the grounds of gender or refuse to hire women, may not ask a woman's marital or maternity status, may not set a pregnancy test as an item on the entry physical examination, may not set a restriction on maternity as a hiring condition and may not differentially make the criteria for hiring women more stringent.
