Main contents: The state encourages the investment of private capital in the nuclear fuel cycle industry and effective use of capital markets to gradually give rise to a diversified investment mechanism for the nuclear fuel cycle industry (Article 25). The state encourages and supports the application of nuclear reactors and nuclear technology in sectors such as industry, agriculture, national defense, biology, medicine and environmental protection (Article 27). The state also encourages the development of nuclear power and implements a safe disposal policy in respect of nuclear power (Article 28).
