Main contents: No entity or individual may import foreign current affairs type news programs (Article 2).
The foreign films, television dramas, cartoons, documentaries and other foreign television programs broadcast by a radio or television broadcaster each day on its channels may not exceed 30% of its total broadcasting of the type of program in question on the day in question.
Without the approval of the State Council's radio and television department, a radio or television broadcaster may not broadcast foreign audio-visual programs between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm (Article 22).
The foreign films, television dramas, cartoons, documentaries and other foreign television programs available for broadcast by an online audio-visual program service entity may not exceed 30% of its total quantity of the type of program in question available for broadcast (Article 23).
