Issued: July 28, 2018
Main contents: The Decision abolishes the examination and approval of:
(1) enterprise group registration;
(2) mainland employment permits for persons from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao; and
(3) proposals for foreign-invested road transport industry projects.
Record filing of the establishment, modification and de-registration of (sub-)branches by foreign-invested partnerships is also removed.
Preliminary reviews for the approval of the investment in, and establishment of, enterprises (with the exception of financial enterprises) offshore by domestic enterprises are no longer required. After abolishment of local preliminary review, cases will be directly accepted by the Ministry of Commerce for examination and approval.
