Shenzhen City, Measures on Pilot Foreign-invested Equity Investment Enterprises

A foreign-invested equity investment management enterprise may be promoted and established either in a wholly foreign-owned form or Sino-foreign equity joint venture form.

Qualified domestic private equity and venture capital fund management companies are permitted to promote and establish foreign-invested equity investment enterprises or manage the same upon entrustment.

If an internet news information service provider applies a new technology, revises or adds an application function that has news and public opinion attributes or social mobilization capabilities, or there is a material change in a new technology or new application function, it is required to conduct a self assessment of the security thereof.
