Main contents: Foreign-funded shareholders of banks, lease financing companies, consumer finance companies, money brokerages, fund companies, futures companies, insurance companies and trust companies shall be financial institutions or pertinent professional firms.
Financial institutions in whose establishment foreign investors were involved may not become general members of a stock exchange or members of a futures exchange, and may not apply to open A share securities accounts or futures accounts.
