2.3.2 管理人登记法律意见书
The Announcement on Several Matters Concerning Further Regulation of the Registration of Private Fund Managers (Zhong Ji Xie Fa [2016] No.4) specifies that, from the date of issuance of the Announcement (note: February 5 2016), a legal opinion issued by a Chinese law firm needs to be submitted through the private fund registration and record filing system for a new application for registration of a private fund manager.
