Main contents: Administrations for industry and commerce and market regulatory departments at the county level and above (principally provincial capitals and prefectural-level cities), which have been entrusted by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (the TMO), shall establish a trademark registration application acceptance window in the local government affairs lobby or registration lobby to handle matters such as the acceptance of trademark registration applications on its behalf (Article 2).
