Main contents: Hong Kong and Macao service providers are permitted to establish in mainland China equity joint ventures and wholly-owned enterprises, without any restrictions on the equity percentage of the Hong Kong and Macao investors, to provide:
(1) online data processing and transaction processing services (limited to for-profit e-commerce);
(2) multi-party communications services within the Mainland;
(3) storage and forwarding services;
(4) call center services;
(5) internet access services (limited to services for online users);
(6) information services (limited to app stores)
