PRC Cybersecurity Law
If a foreign institution, organization or individual engages in activities such as attack, intrusion, interference or compromising that jeopardizes key information infrastructure of China, resulting in serious consequences, its/his/her legal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law; and the public security department and relevant departments of the State Council my decide to freeze the property of, or impose other necessary sanctions against, such institution, organization or individual.

An internet live-streaming service provider or internet live-streaming publisher that wishes to provide internet news information services shall secure internet news information service qualifications in accordance with the law and provide such services within the scope of its permit. An internet live-streaming service provider shall subject internet news information live-streaming and its interactive content to review before releasing the same.

Supreme People's Court, Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Handling of Property Preservation Cases by People's Courts
If the property for which the application for preservation is made is the subject matter of the dispute, the amount of the security shall not exceed 30% of the value of the subject matter of the dispute.
