1. If the plaintiff asserts that the defendant alone or in conjunction with another committed the act of providing the work, performance, or audio or video recording in question, it shall bear the burden of proof.

1、 原告主张被告单独或者与他人共同实施了提供涉案作品、表演、录音录像制品行为的，应承担举证证明责任。
