Main contents: The Circular requires that, when a change in the registered capital or a holder of at least 5% of shares of an insurance company occurs, it is required to make disclosure of the source of the funds, affiliated relationships and other such information on its official website and the website of the Insurance Association of China (Articles 1 & 2). Relevant details of the application for preparation of establishment of a new insurance company will be disclosed by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission on its official website or the designated unified information platform (Article 3).
