The SAIC has clarified the e-commerce 7-day return policy, local AICs have begun accepting trademark registration applications, and the National Social Security Fund has tightened trust loan security requirements

State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Implementing Measures for Seven-day No Questions Asked Return of Goods Purchased Online (Draft for Comments)

Goods returned by consumers shall be in good condition.

If the good has maintained its original quality and function, and the good itself, its components, the trademark representations thereon, etc. are in good order, the good shall be deemed in good condition.

State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Tentative Provisions for Delegating the Acceptance of Trademark Registration Applications to Local Administrations for Industry and Commerce and Market Regulatory Departments

Administrations for industry and commerce and market regulatory departments at the county level and above (principally provincial capitals and prefectural-level cities) are entrusted by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to handle the acceptance of trademark registration applications on its behalf.

National Council for Social Security Fund, Tentative Measures for the Administration of Investment of the National Social Security Fund by Means of Trust Loans (2016 Revision)

The revised Measures set conditions for large enterprises that provide security for NSSF trust loan projects. They are required to have net assets of not less than Rmb15 billion. The entire amount secured by one large enterprise may not account for more than 50% of its net assets.
