Article 1: These Measures have been formulated pursuant to laws and administrative regulations such as the PRC Advertising Law (the Advertising Law) in order to regulate internet advertising activities, protect the lawful rights and interests of consumers, promote the healthy development of the internet advertising industry and safeguard a market economic order characterized by fair competition.
第一条 为了规范互联网广告活动,保护消费者的合法权益,促进互联网广告业的健康发展,维护公平竞争的市场经济秩序,根据《中华人民共和国广告法》(以下简称广告法)等法律、行政法规,制定本办法。
