Registrations of movable property mortgages may be challenged.

Main contents: Subject to an application by a concerned party or materially interested party, the registry may amend or cancel the relevant registration of the movable property mortgage pursuant to an effective legal document of a people's court or arbitration commission or an effective decision of a people's government (Article 12).

A registry shall publish the registration particulars of movable property mortgages through the system for the publication of enterprise integrity information in a timely manner (Article 9).
