Main contents: Examination and approval for processing trade is abolished on a nationwide basis, to be replaced by the establishment and improvement of a during-the-event and post-event oversight mechanism. The land grant fee for industrial land secured in accordance with the law by a processing trade enterprise may be paid in installments as specified in the contract. The land grant benchmark price for industrial projects in industries that a province (or autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government) has designated for preferential development and that use land intensively may be set at not less than 70% of the relevant rate (Article 6).
The premium rate for short-term export credit insurance will be further reduced (Article 1).
