Cyberspace Administration of China, Provisions for the Administration of Mobile Internet Application Program Information Services
To provide an information service via an app, the relevant qualifications shall be secured. If app store services are to be engaged in, record filing shall additionally be carried out with the local internet information office within 30 days of the business going online and operating.
Cyberspace Administration of China, Provisions for the Administration of Internet Information Search Services
An internet information search service provider that provides paid search information services shall verify in accordance with the law the relevant qualifications of clients, prominently differentiate natural search results and paid search information, and prominently mark each item of paid search information.

All deposits that a construction enterprise is required to pay in the course of the construction of a project, other than the bid bond, performance bond, project quality bond and migrant worker wage bond established in accordance with laws and regulations, are abolished.
