National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Environmental Protection, Measures for Cleaner Production Audits
An enterprise shall conduct a mandatory cleaner production audit if its pollutant emissions exceed emission standards specified by the state or local area, or, although the same do not exceed such standards, they exceed the total key pollutant emission control norms.

Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Circular on Further Expanding the Scope of the Pilot Project for the Plan for Registration for Universal Insurance
The Circular requires the continued promotion of the work associated with registration for universal insurance and, on the basis of the work done in the existing 50 pilot areas, the scope of the pilot project will be expanded to more than 50% of the regions nationwide covering 27 provinces and municipalities including Guangdong, Shandong, Hebei, Hunan, Tianjin and Chongqing.
