Targets for non-hydropower renewable energy issued for provinces and municipalities.

Issued: February 29 2016

 

Main contents: In line with the requirement of increasing the share of non-fossil fuel energy in primary energy consumption nationwide to 15% by 2020, by 2020, the power output from non-hydropower renewable energy of power enterprises, other than dedicated non-fossil fuel energy production enterprises, is required to reach at least 9% of their total power output (Article 6).
