Main contents: The Guidelines expressly prohibit reverse price monopoly acts by assembled vehicle manufacturers, include geographical and customer restrictions among vertical monopolistic acts, prohibit assembled vehicle manufacturers from placing restrictions on the “double-marked parts” of, and the supply and distribution of after-sales parts by, parts manufacturers and extend the exemption period on the resale price restriction during the new vehicle promotion period for alternative energy vehicles to nine months.
