严重违法失信企业名单管理暂行办法

Delinquent enterprises will be blacklisted and penalized.

Article 1:         These Measures have been formulated pursuant to laws and regulations such as the Tentative Regulations for the Publication of the Information of Enterprises in order to strengthen the administration of seriously delinquent and discredited enterprises, promote lawful operations, good faith and self-regulation by enterprises, and expand public scrutiny.

第一条 为加强对严重违法失信企业的管理，促进企业守法经营和诚信自律，扩大社会监督，依据《企业信息公示暂行条例》等法律法规,制定本办法。
