China's anti-terrorist measures concern cybersecurity.

Main contents: In the course of relevant government departments' prevention and investigation of terrorist activities, internet enterprises have the obligation to provide technical interface and decryption assistance on investigation (Article 18).

Telecommunications service providers and internet service providers shall implement network security and information content monitoring systems and secure technology prevention measures in accordance with laws and regulations. If information with terrorist or extremist contents is discovered, they shall immediately halt its transmission, keep the relevant records, delete the relevant information and make a report to the public security authority or relevant authority (Article 19).

Operators of logistics services, such as those that transport goods by rail, road, water or air, postal services and courier services shall implement a safety inspection and verification system, verify the identities of customers and carry out safety inspections of the articles being transported or consigned, or open them for visual inspection in accordance with provisions. Articles the transport or consignment of which is prohibited, that pose a major safety risk or the safety inspection of which the customer refuses may not be transported or consigned (Article 20).

Providers of services such as telecommunications, internet access, finance, accommodation, long-distance passenger transport and motor vehicle leasing shall verify the identities of their customers. They may not provide services to a customer whose identity is not clear or who refuses verification of his/her identity (Article 21).
