The SAIC has imposed stricter rules for displaying real estate prices, MOFCOM has set terms for automobile suppliers and enterprises that violate consumers' rights will be penalized and labeled delinquent

State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Regulations for the Publication of Real Estate Advertisements

If a real estate advertisement indicates the price, it shall clearly indicate that this is the actual sales price and expressly state the period during which this price is valid.

Where a supplier sells motor vehicles by way of authorization, the term thereof (excluding the period required for constructing the stores) shall in general not be less than three years, and the initial term may not be less than five years.
