State Council, Opinions on Promoting the Accelerated Development of the Financing Security Industry

Main contents: The Opinions aim to improve the financing security support for micro-enterprises and the agricultural sector. They support research on the establishment of a national financing security fund to support the development of provincial-level re-guarantee institutions through means such as equity investment and technical support (Article 7). Governments need to play their role in guiding the reasonable sharing of financing security risks among the government, banks and financing security institutions through such means as risk compensation (Article 9).
