PRC Network Security Law (Draft)
中华人民共和国网络安全法 (草案)

If it is required when handling a major unexpected public security event, the State Council or, with the approval of the State Council, a people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government may take provisional measures to restrict network communication in certain area.

国家质检总局执法司消费品召回管理办法(征求意见稿)

An enterprise that imports a consumer product from outside China to sell in China shall be deemed a producer and will be required to recall its consumer products if there are defects.

General Office of the State Council, Several Policy Measures for Promoting the Accelerated Development of Privately-funded Hospitals
国务院办公厅关于促进社会办医加快发展若干政策措施

The Measures propose the further relaxation of access, abolish the restrictions on the specific number and locations of privately-funded hospitals, expand investment and financing channels and promote the joint construction and sharing of large pieces of equipment.
