Main contents: The current revision expressly specifies that the department in charge of the administration of patent work is required to order an infringing exhibition participant to take exhibition withdrawal measures such as removing the infringing exhibit items from the exhibition, destruction or placing under seal of the relevant publicity materials, and replacement or covering of the relevant display boards. If the authority in charge of the administration of patent work finds that the passing off of a patent on an e-commerce platform is tenable, it is required to notify the e-commerce platform provider to promptly take measures in respect of the web page(s) relating to the products incorporating the passed-off patent such as deleting or masking the same or severing the links thereto (Article 45).
