The PBOC has launched certificates for financial deposits, SIPO has required the patent administrative department to handle infringing items at exhibitions and PPP has been further encouraged in public service sectors

People's Bank of China, Tentative Measures for the Administration of Certificates of Deposit
中国人民银行大额存单管理暂行办法

The People's Bank of China has decided to launch certificate of deposit products. The offering entities will be deposit-taking banking financial institutions, and investors will include non-financial institutional investors, such as individuals, non-financial enterprises, government agencies and associations as well as insurance companies and the social insurance fund.

Intellectual Property

State Intellectual Property Office, Measures for Administrative Law Enforcement in Connection with Patents (Revised)
国家知识产权局专利行政执法办法 (修正)

The current revision expressly specifies that the department in charge of the administration of patent work is required to order an infringing exhibition participant to take exhibition withdrawal measures such as removing the infringing exhibit items from the exhibition, destruction or placing under seal of the relevant publicity materials, and replacement or covering of the relevant display boards.

PPP

Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission and People's Bank of China, Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Public-private Partnership Model in Public Service Sectors
财政部、国家发展和改革委员会、中国人民银行关于在公共服务领域推广政府和社会资本合作模式指导意见

The Opinions state that use of the public-private partnership model is encouraged in public service sectors such as energy, transport, water resources, environmental protection, agriculture, forestry, science and technology, social housing projects, medicine, health, elderly care, education and culture.
