The State Council has expanded the infrastructure sectors open to public-private partnerships and the PRC Advertising Law and Food Safety Law have been amended

State Council, Measures for the Administration of Infrastructure and Public Utility Concessions
国务院基础设施和公用事业特许经营管理办法

The Measures expand the scope of concessions to include sectors such as energy, transport, water conservancy, environmental protection and urban utilities. The term of an infrastructure or public utility concession will be determined based on a comprehensive consideration of factors such as the features of the industry, the demand for the public product or service provided, the life of the project and the payback period, and will be up to a maximum of 30 years.

Advertising

PRC Advertising Law (Amended)
中华人民共和国广告法 (修订)

No entity or person may send advertising to a person's residence, means of transport, etc. or send him/her advertising by electronic means without his/her consent or request.

Food Safety

PRC Food Safety Law (Amended)


A third-party online food trading platform provider shall record the real name of a food dealer new to its platform and make clear its responsibility for management of food safety; and if such dealer is required to secure a permit in accordance with the law, it shall additionally examine its permit.
