Main contents: An insurance asset management company engaging in relevant insurance asset management product business in accordance with the Circular on Issues Relevant to the Pilot Projects for the Engagement in Asset Management Product Business by Insurance Asset Management Companies shall designate two qualified risk owners of insurance asset management products (Article 1).
Risk owners include administrative risk owners and professional risk owners and their qualification criteria shall, mutatis mutandis, follow those of the Circular on Matters Relevant to Investment Risk Owners of Insurance Institutions (Article 2).
