Main contents: Starting from March 1 2014, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce will terminate enterprise annual inspections of enterprises that receive business licences including limited liability companies, companies limited by shares, non-corporate enterprise legal persons, partnerships, wholly individually-owned enterprises and their (sub-) branches, as well as enterprises from other countries (regions) that engage in business activities in China and other business entities.
