Main contents: Where a third party provider of a platform for online food trading fails to perform its specified obligations, thereby harming the lawful rights and interests of consumers, it shall bear joint and several liability and immediately pay compensation. If a party is sentenced to a fixed term of imprisonment or greater criminal punishment for a food safety crime, he/she may not engage in work associated with the production of, dealing in or management of food in perpetuity.
