Government is to disclose the entire environmental impact report.

Main contents: An environmental protection department at any level is required to carry out two disclosures respectively after accepting to review an environmental impact report and its tables and before examination and approval thereof. The contents of such disclosures shall include the entirety of the environmental impact report and tables (with the exception of contents involving state secrets and trade secrets) and contact information for the public to provide feedback (Article 4).
