China Law & Practice has launched a new database of translated legislation

This enhanced search functionality makes it easier than ever to find the exact laws and regulations you need for doing business in China.

Multiple filters allow users to narrow down their search by issuing authority, industry sector and effective and promulgation dates. Once the correct law had been located, simply follow the link to view, download or print the translation.

The database contains over 3,500 full text translations and summaries and is available here: http://www.chinalawandpractice.com/China-Legislation-Database.html

Searching is done within one page, making it easy for you to return to your previous selection or full view.

Legislation can only be viewed by subscribers so make sure you log into your account or sign up today for full access.

From banking and finance to IP, labour, insurance and competition, users should find it easier to locate what they are looking for. If you cannot, simply contact CLPs editorial team to request a translation.

This is an exciting new function for users of CLP and the team hopes it makes using the website much easier. We also welcome any feedback on this new initiative.
