Repetitive patent infringement could be fined up to Rmb200,000 in Beijing.

Main contents: After an administrative handling decision or court judgment in a patent infringement dispute has entered into effect, if the same infringer infringes the same patent again, the municipal patent department may order him/her/it to rectify the matter, confiscate his/her/its illegal income and fine him/her/it not less than Rmb20,000 and not more than Rmb200,000 (Article 47).
