Applicability:
These Rules have the effect of a judicial interpretation (Article 707). In the case of inconsistency between these Rules and the judicial interpretations or normative documents previously promulgated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, these Rules shall prevail (Article 708).


Main contents:
The crime of particularly serious bribery shall be constituted if it:

(i) involves a suspected amount of Rmb500,000 or more, and the criminal circumstances are severe;

(ii) has a major impact on society; or

(iii) involves major state interests (Article 45).
