CLP Temp &Housing and travel allowances of foreign expatriates of insurance companies may be excluded from their bonus limits.

Applicability: Relevant provisions of the Standardising Guidelines for the Management of Compensation of Insurance Companies (Trial Implementation) do not apply to entities without legal personality that are established by foreign-invested insurance companies in China (Article 7).
Main contents: Subsidies for housing, meals, business travel, relocation, language training and children's education in reasonable amounts received in the form of reimbursement by foreign senior management personnel in accordance with relevant state provisions may be excluded from the limits on bonuses, allowances and subsidies (Article 1).
