Effective：for five years from date of issuance
Main contents: If, in the course of a land registration examination, the purpose of the land or the date of commencement of the grant term cannot be accurately determined, the land registration officer is of the opinion that the land registration decision or order rendered at a higher level runs contrary to relevant state regulations on land registration, or there is another matter with respect to which the cadastral affairs authority has acted ultra vires, it shall be referred to the senior officers of the competent land and resources department to convene the relevant authorities to conduct a joint review.
