Effective: January 1 2013
Main contents: Hong Kong and Macao service providers are permitted to establish:
(i) wholly-owned business premises for the provision of internet access services (Article 1);
(ii) wholly-owned entertainment premises in Qianhai, Shenzhen and Hengqin, Zhuhai (Article 2); and
(iii) performance groups in the form of equity joint venture with a Chinese party that holds a controlling share (Article 3).
