Main contents: The permissions for the establishment of all insurance professional intermediary firms is suspended, other than applications for the establishment of insurance agencies and brokerages with registered capital of at least Rmb50 million, and (sub-) branches thereof, invested in by insurance intermediary service group companies, motor vehicle production, sale, repair and maintenance enterprises, bank and postal enterprises and insurance companies, and of (sub-) branches of nationwide insurance agencies and brokerages, which shall continue to be accepted.
